Success is one thing. Impact is another! We find in our Gospel text that Jesus too, was busy with life. He had demands on his time and was pressured to meet the needs of those who clamored for his attention. Yet, in the midst of this busyness, He finds time he makes time to find a solitary place to pray. Jesus knew his purpose and his priorities were based on that purpose. Jesus began each day with a quiet time a time alone with the Father in which he remained committed and centered. When we feel burned out, run down or stretched too thin, we have broken the connection between our deeply held beliefs and our daily activities. Regaining strength means restoring harmony between our calling and our conduct. This week we focus on Mark 1:32-39 Sermon Slides available at http://www.slideshare.net/steve4040/overcoming-the-speed-trap31515
